We bought a new tree in January so we are giving away the old one. It is 20 years old but was a good quality tree when purchased. It's very full when put together and stands 7 feet tall. The top section has been repaired and is not perfect, but, hey, IT'S FREE. Another option would be using the branches to make wreaths or arrangements if someone is in to making such things!
